On clean, dry skin: put on the mask (and the neck piece whenever you like), press the controller button once, and rest for ten minutes. The timer switches the light off by itself. Four sessions a week for eight weeks, then keep going if you love it. Follow with your usual moisturiser.
Is it comfortable? What about my eyes?
The mask is soft, flexible silicone with open eye areas, and the brightness is designed for comfort when worn as directed. Most people simply close their eyes and enjoy it as ten quiet minutes. If the brightness ever feels uncomfortable, stop using the set and email us.
Who should check with a professional first?
As neutral guidance, not medical advice: if there is a pregnancy or breastfeeding in the picture, a medication that increases sensitivity to light, or a diagnosed skin condition under care, it is sensible to check with a qualified professional before starting any light-based skincare routine.
When will I notice a change?
